Ok, you'd think from this photo (lack of patrons) that everyone is doing great over here. I'm guessing their motto doesn't cover gastrointestinal issues.

    I am assuming this is heavy tourism town since we are naming the restaurant in english. "No Problem Cafe", it really seems like something you might see down mexico way. Not just the empty restaurant, not trying to make a swine flu joke here.
